Invasive Species Removal

From the Save Barton Creek Association –

We will be removing invasive Nandina plants from the greenbelt 360 entrance, and planting some native TX plants that were donated to us from Keep Austin Beautiful.

This workday is open to the public and volunteers should probably be adults and/or high school students & up, as it is a bit labor intensive.

All supplies will be brought by SBCA (work gloves, shovels, wheel barrel, etc.)
Volunteers may bring a water bottle, bug spray, sunscreen and wear close-toed shoes with long sleeves/pants if you are concerned about contact with poison ivy.
