Instructor, Emily Andry, teaches multi-level hatha yoga classes combining physical postures, mental focus, and an awareness of the breath. This class is focused on proper alignment and invites one to improve the body, understand the mind, and free the spirit. Emily was trained at Yoga Yoga in the 300-hour hatha training for healthcare professionals and, as a nurse, has been able to incorporate holistic methods into her care.
