FUNDAMENTALS: QUICK, HEALTHY WEEKNIGHT MEALS

Whether you are just getting started in the kitchen or giving your diet a reboot, join us and learn how to make quick, affordable and healthy meals using delicious, locally grown ingredients.
In this hands-on class, you will learn basic knife skills and techniques for everyday cooking. We will discuss meal-planning and prepping strategies, share recipes, and share our favorite (inexpensive) cookware, gadgets and tools. You will leave feeling confident and excited about cooking at home!
We will provide knives for you to use, but feel free to bring your knife from home.
The entire class will be active, so please dress appropriately for the kitchen (closed-toe shoes, comfortable clothes, hair tie for long hair).
Classes are for adults; teenagers may participate with a parent or guardian present.
