Summit Smithville Green Expo

The Summit Smithville Green Expo is held annually in Smithville, Texas. This year the expo will be downtown, on Main Street, with vendors and exhibitors set up in the street alongside booths for Smithville’s monthly Trades Day. There will be two speaker panels hosted in the Playhouse Smithville, at 10:30am and 1:30pm. The purpose of the expo is to inform individuals and organizations in Smithville and the surrounding area of the many opportunities and sources of information available to live a greener lifestyle in a small, rural community.

A city-wide discussion on the subject of Alternative Energy, Technology Training, Economic Development, Rural Sustainability, and other related topics.
