InterLocal: Environmental Sustainability

Next Friday Chicon is hosting the first of many incredible, interactive events;

"InterLocal is a monthly speaker series featuring today’s hottest innovators, villains, heroes and entrepreneurs. These thinkers, doers and game-changers are coming straight from their respective fields, with their sleeves still rolled up, to show you the future today.

This isn’t your grandfather’s lecture series or a TED talk: these interactive events are more akin to a show-and-tell followed by a forum. Three presenters representing diverse views will share their observations, perspectives and experience on a selected topic. While all opinions and ideas are respected, the hope is that they won’t see eye-to-eye. Accommodating diverse views is the best way to get thinkers out of the box and into a creative, problem-solving mind state. 'A mind, once expanded by a new idea, never returns to its original dimensions.''
