This week is all about the Austin Generation Plan approved by City Council last week that moves our city toward aggressive renewable energy goals while phasing out fossil fuels at the Decker & Fayette County coal plants.

Our guests are Dave Cortez, a leading "Beyond Coal" campaign organizer with Sierra Club and Dr. Al Armendariz, former head of the EPA, Region 6, and current Sierra Club representative.

We'll discuss how the plan was hatched, how organizers brought it to City Council approval, and what the next steps are for our community.
