Looking for internship experience in air quality program development and implementation in Central Texas?  

The CLEAN AIR Force of Central Texas (CAF) is the leading nonprofit focused exclusively on air quality improvement in our five-county region.  CAF implements effective and unique air quality outreach programs and works closely with local officials, businesses and environmental organizations to create a cleaner Central Texas.  

Some of our current projects include the distribution of Ozone Watch and Warning Alerts throughout our five counties, initiatives to replace or retrofit polluting school buses so they run cleaner, partnerships with local businesses to help them “go green,” and general outreach to the public on air quality awareness. 

If you’re looking for experience in a fast-paced, growing nonprofit then the CLEAN AIR Force is the internship for you! We are currently seeking a 10-15 hour per week intern for $10/hour.  As a CAF intern you’ll be involved in event preparation as well as attending local CLEAN AIR Force public outreach events. This internship offers an opportunity to individuals interested in environmental issues and policy as well as offers experience in community outreach implementation and planning.
