Austin Beyond Coal Meeting

Austinites, We are gearing up for a big push to get action from this City Council before a new council is elected later this year. In February, Austin Energy will present their proposed generation plan for the public to review. That will be an important opportunity for us to join with other groups around Austin to push for more renewable energy and closure of the Fayette coal plant. We will establish a set of teams that will engage stakeholder groups across the city and build support for our issues. We need the help of a lot of people to give a little time to these teams.
