Water is a critical issue in Central Texas, an issue that is heating up as communities without enough water look to pipe water in from other parts of Texas. But who does the water belong to? Who should decide? This movie takes a look at places where people have had to fight for their water. Were fracking interest are trying out bidding agricultural and farming interests. Watch as corporate giants, private investors, and corrupt governments vie for control of dwindling fresh water supplies, prompting protests, lawsuits, and revolutions from citizens fighting for the right to survive.
