Texas River School Amplify Austin Fundraiser

In partnership with I Live Here I Give Here’s Amplify Austin Day of Giving and South Austin Music, Texas River School is hosting a donation drive on March 5th, 2013 with breakfast from 6:00 – 9:00 a.m. and happy hour and music from 4:00 – 7:00 pm with musicians Sara Hickman, Bill Oliver, and Barbara K.

Since 1992, we have taken 5,200 under-served youth canoeing and camping. With the river, lake, and springs as our classroom, our program fosters personal growth initiatives, civic responsibility, and a life-long connection to our waterways. Help us raise $15,000 to meet our goal of introducing 300 youth to our waterways this year! Just $50 puts one student on the river.
