Austin is about to revise its land development code. What can we learn from four cities – Denver, Raleigh, Dallas, and Madison – that have already taken on the challenge? Find out at one of our “Four Cities. Four Land Development Codes. Hear Their Stories.” panel discussions on:
• Wednesday evening, February 27th from 7:00-9:00pm at Stateside at the Paramount (719 Congress Ave.) OR
• Thursday morning, February 28th from 8:00-9:30am at St. David’s Episcopal Church (301 East 8th St.)

Guest panelists will discuss how they helped revise their cities’ land development codes including:
• What prompted change in Raleigh, Denver, Dallas, and Madison?
• What opportunities and challenges can Austin anticipate?
• What worked and what didn’t work?
• How are the updated codes working?
