Join them for a very special Halloween dress up show – come sporting your spookiest\, kookiest getup! \nBIO:\nJack Kaulfus sings in BNK\, plays rhythm guitar\, and still writes songs about 1996 (like it never ended). \nAmy plays mandolin\, sings back-up\, and occasionally spazzes onstage into a form of dance while jamming with Jack and Jill. She hails originally from the flatlands of north Texas and has played some form of stringed instrument since childhood but landed pretty squarely on guitar and mandolin in her yonder years. Most recently\, she retired from an 8-year stint on electric guitar plus props with Austin’s own ecclecto-art-pop band\, Darling New Neighbors. In Brand New Key\, Amy gets to sing sweet harmonies and travel acoustically lighter with her mighty\, mighty mando. \nJill plays cajon and percussion in Brand New Key. She grew up in the foothills of the Blue Mountains in Pennsylvania\, and has been playing the drums for as long as she could swim or ride a bike… which is a long freakin’ time. Always up for a new adventure\, Jill is enjoying adding afro-peruvian sounds to BNK’s blend of porch-grass and folk.

Pairing elements of resistance band movement\, yoga and pilates to stabilize and stretch\, What The Fit? is adaptable to all ages\, levels and abilities. What The Fit? begins with a movement based warm-up\, steadily progressing to conditioning of the core\, arms\, and legs using resistance bands and finishes up with rejuvenating stretches of the legs\, shoulders\, chest and back. \nResistance bands are provided\, but Dance Waterloo suggests bringing a large towel or yoga mat to use for abdominal work and/or modifications! Based on customer feedback\, including requests for more kid friendly prepared foods\, expanded offerings and food made to order….we’re trying something new! \nAll summer long\, in.gredients will be grilling affordable\, locally sourced meals for around $10 a plate. We’ll have options for meat eaters\, vegans\, and everyone in between. Each Thursday’s menu will include a protein\, a side or two\, and a (nonalcoholic) drink. We’ll even have some seasonal add-ons if you want to take it up a notch. Bring the family\, meet up with friends\, kick back under the misters (which also keep the mosquitos away!) with a cold beverage in hand\, and we’ll take care of the rest. You’ll experience all the pleasure of a backyard cookout with none of the clean-up.
