Please share the registration link with your neighbors who may be interested in participating but not yet signed up for our D8 newsletter (which they can do here). \nDuring the Town Hall\, staff from the city budget office will present the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026\, which will be released by July 15\, and then we will open it up for your budget questions. DESCRIPTION:I’d like to invite you to attend this year’s District 8 Budget Town Hall\, from 6:00-7:00 PM this Monday\, August 1st. We’ll be using the virtual format\, allowing you the opportunity to participate from the comfort of your own home. Representatives of the city budget department will present the proposed budget and also be available how the city plans to allocate its budget to answer your questions. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn how we plan to spend your money and how it impacts the issues and services you care most about.
