DESCRIPTION:Bill Bray\, formerly at ExxonMobil\, will give a presentation on the Oil\, Gas and PetroChem industries in Texas and how the Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act will impact them. The Energy Transition with a predictably rising price on carbon will certainly drive change\, but these industries can and will handle these changes and continue contributing to our vibrant economy.
