DESCRIPTION:Austinites are invited to  “Your Budget\, Your Priorities: Community Conversations with TC Broadnax\,”  a series of town hall public meetings hosted by the Austin City Manager designed to gather community input on City budget priorities. Broadnax will also discuss the process and the challenges of drafting the City’s proposed budget.   \nThis series builds on conversations the City Manager started with the community last year. He believes engaging with Austinites early in the process to identify community priorities is important. \nIn the spring City staff begin identifying both City and community needs while drafting the City Manager’s proposed budget\, which he presents to City Council in mid-July.
