Our Horticulture Supervisor Adriane Horne will be on hand to assist and answer any questions you may have. \nNot only will you have the chance to interact with these amazing creatures up close\, but you’ll also be contributing to important scientific research. Long pants\, long socks\, and long-sleeve shirts can protect against poison ivy\, bug bites\, and other common irritants. These structures reduce the impact of heavy storm flows and improve water infiltration. \nVolunteers will learn about rain gardens\, their importance to our Trail\, and how to plant and maintain them. TTC will provide materials\, gloves\, and extra water for volunteers. You can sign up to volunteer here. \nEvent Details:  \n\nMeeting Location: Auditorium Shores – Please look for an orange TTC tent or sail flag.\nParking Information: Free parking and street parking are available at the Auditorium Shores parking lot and along Riverside Drive.\nWhat to bring and wear: Wear closed-toed shoes\, long pants\, and sun protection (sunglasses and a hat). Bring a filled water bottle. TTC will provide gloves and tools for the event.
