Right To Be’s Bystander Intervention to Support Immigrant Communities Training equips participants with the tools to safely and effectively intervene when they witness anti-immigrant hate\, harassment\, or discrimination. \nUsing Right To Be’s 5Ds of Bystander Intervention methodology—Distract\, Delegate\, Document\, Delay\, and Direct—this interactive training empowers participants to take action while prioritizing safety. Whether it’s witnessing xenophobic comments\, workplace discrimination\, ICE encounters\, or public harassment\, this training provides practical\, real-world strategies to support immigrants facing harm. \nThis training is encouraged for allies\, but everyone is welcome. If you are undocumented or at risk of being targeted by ICE\, we recommend also attending a Know Your Rights training and engaging in safety planning. \nTogether\, we can create a culture of safety\, solidarity\, and dignity for immigrant communities. Join us to become an active bystander and help build a more just world.
