On December 2, 2020, Mayor Steve Adler, the Mayor’s Committee for People with Disabilities, the Office of Police Oversight and the Equity Office will host an event to hear the experience of people with disabilities with public safety in Austin.

We’re inviting community members and advocates to share their experiences directly with City leadership in order to help create a more equity community for Austin residents. The event will be hosted virtually 12/2/2020 on Zoom, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with interpretation in American Sign Language, Spanish and Vietnamese.

Additional language translations and accessibility accommodations are available upon request. To request these additional interpretations, community members can fill out the form to describe their request on the RSVP link.
