DESCRIPTION:Introducing The Front — a creative community market and festival\, homegrown in Austin\, Texas. \n \nOn August 20\, 21 and 22\, we’re taking over Fair Market and Cheer Up Charlies for a weekend of pop-up shops and performances\, centering emerging creatives\, artists\, designers and small business owners from Texas.\n \nWe’re 100% open-air and outdoors. Human-friendly. Free or by donation. And open to all.\n \n\n— WHAT TO EXPECT —\nProduced by Future Front Texas and powered by you\, The Front exists to put women and queer creators at the front of our lineups.\n\n \nDuring the day\, you can join us from 11 AM and 5 PM CT for:\n \n✰ An open-air and outdoor 100-vendor marketplace\n✰ All-day DJ sessions\n✰ All-day craft demonstrations\n✰ All-day art installations\n \nAt night\, you can come through for:\n✰ An outdoor film showcase featuring shorts and features from Texas directors\n✰ An outdoor music showcase featuring up-and-coming talent from Texas\n \nThe Front’s daytime events are 100% free. Nighttime events are $15. Masks and mutual respect required.\n \n\n— HOW TO ATTEND —\nTo attend free daytime events\, RSVP now\, so you can get in and out with ease.\n\n \nYou can also grab $15 presale tickets for the festival’s nighttime music and film showcases on August 20 and 21.\n\n \nWhen you RSVP\, you’ll have the option to donate to our work.
