SFC’s Grow Local team present the JUST SEEDS Summer Seed Documentary Series! Join us every third Thursday this summer (June-Sept) to watch and discuss various documentaries that touch on the importance of seeds, seed saving, and seed diversity for the health of our food system. While watching the documentaries, you will also have the opportunity to package non-GMO seeds for SFC’s Free Seed Library! Seed education and community service in one night – what could be better!
SEED: The Untold Story, a feature-length documentary film, tells the harrowing and heartening story of humans’ 12,000-year relationship with seeds.
