Store-bought condiments and dressings can serve up sugar, salt, fat, preservatives and additives in amounts that are downright scary. We have the answer: learn how to make your own!
We’ll use common pantry items and fresh herbs from our Happy Kitchen Herb Garden (plus a few secret ingredients) to make homemade and wonderful versions of: mayonnaise, ranch dressing, vinaigrette, barbecue sauce, spicy peanut sauce, chimichurri and more.
Sections of this class will be active, so please dress appropriately for the kitchen (closed-toe shoes, comfortable clothes, hair tie for long hair). We will sample what we cook, but it will not be a complete meal.
