DESCRIPTION:From the Austin Parks Foundation –\nFitness in the Park offers Austinites the opportunity to visit parks all over the city for free fitness classes. In partnership with the City of Austin’s Parks & Recreation Department and WeViva\, we are able to offer some bi-lingual classes with free childcare at Southeaster Recreation Centers\, and a variety of other classes both indoors and out. \nBalance the body’s strength and flexibility while improving coordination\, increasing blood circulation and agility in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. \n  \n  \n  \n
