DESCRIPTION:From the Austin Parks Foundation –\nFitness in the Park offers Austinites the opportunity to visit parks all over the city for free fitness classes. In partnership with the City of Austin’s Parks & Recreation Department and WeViva\, we are able to offer some bi-lingual classes with free childcare at Southeaster Recreation Centers\, and a variety of other classes both indoors and out. \nWith the help of a chair anyone can practice yoga with the same benefits of increased circulation\, balance\, flexibility\, mobility\, and strength. \n  \n  \n  \n
