GET GROWING: SPRING PESTS & DISEASES
March 11, 2015 6pm – 7:30pm

Every gardener should know which plants and varieties grow well in Central Texas. Get a hands-on experience in planning out your garden for the spring season, and learning about companion plants, garden tracking, and harvest calendars. We will also touch on organic fertilizers and planting flowers to attract pollinators.

Grow Local gardening classes are all about learning solid gardening skills alongside local gardening experts. We want to build community, have fun, witness the magic in nature, make growing your own food easy, and be part of something bigger – your food system! Proceeds from our for-fee classes support free gardening classes and resources offered to individuals and families in need.

Course fee is $12.
Registration is capped at 25.
