Meet at 7pm inside the entrance to the Theater. Show starts at 7:30pm.
Described as awe-inspiring, masterful, and at times almost unreal, Alex Honnold has become one of the most recognizable icons in modern rock climbing. Alex is best known for his daring free-solo ascents, in which he climbs thousand-foot cliffs without a rope or harness of any kind. Free-soloing has allowed Alex to scale mountains in hours that would normally take climbers days to complete.
In their new film Relativity of Risk, Sender Films and Big Up Productions bring you in close on some of the latest routes where Alex has been pushing the envelope on what can be climbed without a rope.
Come see the film, then hear the story behind it as Alex speaks live and answers questions from the audience. The conversation will include filmmakers Peter Mortimer and Nick Rosen from Sender Films, and it will be moderated by Outside Magazine’s Grayson Schaffer. More info here.
General admission tickets are free (space permitting).
Reserved tickets are $10. Proceeds benefit Livestrong Survivor Summit.
Tickets must be obtained online in advance of the show
We will be meeting afterwards for dinner and drinks nearby.
