Wine and Cheese Pairing w/ Pedernales and Antonelli’s

They say the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. When it comes to pairing good wine with good cheese, they’re right!
We’ve teamed up Antonelli’s and Pedernales Cellars to curate an impeccably delicious evening. La Villa Ranch’s superb quail sausage will be featured as well.

Rose with Ossau Iraty
Tempranillo with Reading Raclette
Leaping Armadillo with Chabrin
